Bolton AI Services
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026
We use the information you send through the callback form to respond to your inquiry.
What the form collects
The form asks for your name, phone number, and email address. You may also provide your business name, a service-interest selection (AI receptionist, website, local SEO, or not sure yet), and a message. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your inquiry. That response may be a call, an inquiry-related text, or an email. We do not add form inquiries to a marketing list or use them for unrelated promotional messages.
Who handles it
We do not sell inquiry details or share them for marketing. The form sends your submission to Web3Forms, which processes and stores it to deliver a notification to the email inbox associated with our access key. Our website host, Cloudflare, and our email provider also process information needed to serve the site and deliver or retain the notification.
Web3Forms says it may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and may send the submitter's IP address and email address to spam-prevention services. It says form submission data is retained for up to three years unless a shorter period applies or it is deleted sooner. See its linked privacy policy for its current practices. This website does not add analytics or advertising scripts.
Deletion requests
To ask us to delete an inquiry, email info@boltonaiservices.com. We will review the request, delete information we control where we can, and request deletion from our form provider when applicable, subject to records we need to keep for legal or ordinary business reasons.
Changes
If our form, providers, or data practices change, we will update this policy so it continues to describe what happens to your information.
